This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is effective as of 15th October 2023.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Course Refunds
We offer a 15-days money-back guarantee for our web development courses. If you are not satisfied with the course within 15 days of purchase, you may request a refund. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@atgler.com.
1.2 Service Refunds
For web development services, refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter issues with our service, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of service delivery to discuss your situation.
1.3 Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- For courses: You have not completed more than 25% of the course.
- For services: You have reported issues within 7 days of service delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

2.1 Course Cancellations
You may cancel your enrollment in a web development course at any time. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at support@atgler.com. Please note that cancellations may be subject to the following conditions:
- If canceled within 15 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided.
- If canceled after 15 days, no refund will be issued.
2.2 Service Cancellations
