It depends on the plan you choose: 48 hours on Standard, 24 hours on Priority. The clock starts once we have working access to your site — if premium plugins or themes are missing their license files, we’ll flag that immediately and keep working in the background while you send them over.
Will I lose any data during the cleanup?
No. We take a fresh backup before touching anything, and we work file-by-file rather than wiping and starting over. Your posts, pages, products, and customer data are preserved — we’re removing what the attacker added, not what you built.
What access do you need from me?
Whatever you have available — WordPress admin login, hosting/cPanel access, or FTP/SSH credentials. We only need it for the duration of the repair, and you’re welcome to change all passwords again the moment we’re done. We never ask for anything beyond what’s needed to fix the site.
What if my site is completely down, not just hacked?
