What We Fix

If It’s Broken And It’s Urgent, We Can Help.

Common fires we get called in for — if yours isn’t listed, ask us anyway.

Site Is Down

White screen of death, server error, or the site just won’t load. We’ll diagnose and get it back online.

Hacked Or Infected

Malware, defacement, or a blacklist warning from Google. We’ll clean it up and help you close the hole it came through.

Broken Checkout

If orders can’t go through, every minute costs you sales. We prioritize revenue-blocking issues first.

Plugin Or Theme Conflict

An update crashed the site, or two plugins started fighting each other. We’ll track down the conflict and fix it.

Locked Out Of Your Site

Forgot your admin password, lost two-factor access, or got locked out completely. We’ll get you back in without starting from scratch.

Database Connection Errors

“Error establishing a database connection” or similar fatal errors that take your entire site offline. We’ll find the cause and get it running again.

Pricing

One Simple Rate. No Contract.

Pay only for the time spent fixing your issue.

Request Emergency Help

Need this kind of help often? Website Care & Maintenance plans build proactive monitoring and priority response in from the start — usually cheaper than repeat emergency callouts.

How It Works

What Happens After You Reach Out.

01

Tell Us What’s Broken

Send us what’s happening through the contact form — the more detail, the faster we can start diagnosing.

02

Get Your Quote

We diagnose the issue and send you a time/cost estimate before any work begins — no guessing what it’ll cost.

03

Approve & Pay

Once you approve the quote, you complete payment upfront and we get started right away — no surprise charges added later.

04

We Fix It & Follow Up

A senior WordPress developer resolves the issue, prioritizing revenue-blocking problems first, then confirms everything works with a free 24-hour follow-up check.

Common
Questions.

Everything you need to know before reaching out.

Request Emergency Help

How fast can you respond?
As fast as we can — we don’t promise a fixed SLA because we’d rather be honest than make a guarantee we can’t always keep. We’re a small, senior team rather than a 24/7 call center, and we prioritize based on how urgent and revenue-blocking the issue is. If guaranteed response time matters to you, our Priority Care plan includes a same-day response commitment.
How does billing work?
$99/hour, billed in 1-hour increments with a 1-hour minimum per callout. We’ll give you an estimate before we start work, and if the fix looks like it’ll run longer than expected, we’ll check with you before continuing past that estimate — no surprise invoices.
Is this the same as Website Care?
No. Website Care & Maintenance is a monthly plan with proactive monitoring, backups, and updates meant to prevent emergencies in the first place. Emergency Dev Hours is pay-as-you-go help for a one-off issue, with no ongoing commitment. If you find yourself needing emergency hours more than once or twice, a Care plan is usually the cheaper, safer option.
What if you can’t fix it in the estimated time?
We’ll tell you before we go past the original estimate, and you decide whether to continue, pause, or take a different approach. You’re never billed for time you didn’t approve.
