Is my Search Console file uploaded or stored?

No. Your file is read in your browser and nothing is uploaded or stored.

Where do I get the export?

In Google Search Console, go to Indexing, then Pages, then Export and Download CSV. You can also skip the file and simply tick the issues you see.

Can I fix the issues myself?
